This is just a blog post that I am creating so I can easily show you pictures of your place and talk about selling you stuff, etc...
First is the entrance way, looking straight ahead there is a small closet, this is inside it:
Well, its sideways but you can see all my stuff! It may seem a lot but that rack cost me 10,000 yen.
On the right from the entrance way is the toilet
Its also sideways, yeah, its very typical, it has the bidet thingie, I am still not used to it, but hey!
This is a shelve where I keep toilet cleaning products and a step stool. The shelve was 1000 yen. Do you need a step stool?
Next we walk into the main room. Which is the door on the left from the entrance way
This is looking from the door to the right side. You can see a doorway to the bedroom. Its a bit messy, sorry about that, it will of course be clean when you come.
If you look to the left you will see this:
The fridge comes included. I would like to sell you both the toaster oven and the microwave/oven combo. The toast for maybe 1000 yen, the microwave for a bit more, maybe 8000?
The rack you can have. I will probably leave some food stuff on there, but mostly I will take it with me since I also like to cook.
Next to the rack is the kitchen area:
A bit messy, but yeah, you get the idea.
From the main room I wanna sell you a few things too. we have:
Table and three chairs (minus my stuff). for say 10,000 yen? A two chair cheap set costs about that, and this is a bit better quality.
This is a good table for the area by the couches (where it is now). Maybe 3,000 yen?
More of those cheap shelves. I don't really want much for these since I don't want to carry them, its the same size as the one in the bathroom, but with two shelves and not three.
I would like 10,000 for this couch. Its very comfortable and in good shape. A new couch will probably run you about twice that.
A desk chair combo thingie. Are you interested in this?
This is where I keep all my dishes, it was 25,000 new last year. I think the office will be buying you a rice cooker to go with your apartment.
The door to the right is my spare room, in there I have:
A rack/bookshelf with books I'll be leaving you.
A mirror for you!
Next is the bedroom:
You can see the foot of the bed, and on the otherside is the TV, which is REALLY old, I hope they buy you a new one, but not sure yet. This is another bookshelf, its a bit better than the other two.
This is a neat shelf thingie, if you would like if I'll sell it to you, otherwise I might take it with me.
Here is one of those strange things I want to sell you:
This is a rod for hanging things in the closet. It can support up to 40kgs. It was 4,000 yen new, I don't want to take it with me but yeah.
So we move onto the shower room:
The washing machine is part of the office's stuff. If you want the rack above it I'll be happy to sell that on.
So for things I would definitely like to sell you:
Hall rack for coats/shoes
Toaster
Microwave
Table/Chairs
Low Table
Couch
Cabinet for dishes
Closet rod
I would like 40,000 for all that is possible. Again, if you don't think that is fair, or don't want something I am pretty laid back so let me know.
Otherstuff:
In the bedroom there are those two shelves, do you want them? I am debating whether I want to bother moving them or not.
The bathroom shelf and the white shelf are yours.
Do you want/need the step stool?
If you want that rack over the washing machine please let me know and I will find out how much a new one costs, then sell you the old one for less.
You will be getting a bunch of dishes and pots and pans and such for free. I can also leave the trash cans and that sort of stuff.
I am curious. In some of the pictures you might have seen an old grey carpet. Its not in bad shape, it should probably be cleaned professionally. Do you want it? I will throw it out if you don't, if you do it will probably cost 2000 or 3000 yen to have it cleaned.
I have also a lot of plastic drawers around, are you interested in them? I keep my clothes in the closet in them (for what I don't hang) and I also have some in the bath area to keep extra shampoos etc... If your interested I will sell them on cheaply to you.
Also, curtains! You can see there are green curtains in the living area, and pink curtains in the bedroom. The extra room also has green curtains. Do you like them? I also have some blue curtains and I think other patterns for green curtains. I am not very attached to any of them.
Sorry to ask for so much money. Its just that I am moving and I will be buying a bunch of stuff for the move.
Also if you don't happen to have the money when you first arrive that is also fine since I live here and know where you work (and live).
Sorry this is probably a ton of stuff to look at and think about. So let me know when you figure it out!
